Global Perks was born in 2023 from a simple observation: traditional employee benefits weren't working. Gift cards sat unused in drawers, generic perks went unnoticed, and HR teams spent countless hours managing programs that employees barely engaged with. We knew there had to be a better way.
Our founders — a team of HR technology veterans, fintech innovators, and hospitality industry experts — came together with a shared mission: create a platform where companies could easily offer diverse, meaningful experiences to their employees, while giving providers a new channel to reach quality customers. Today, Global Perks connects over 50 companies with 500+ providers across Southeast Asia, delivering 10,000+ curated experiences that employees actually love.
