How do I set up a company account?
Click 'Get Started' on our homepage or contact our sales team. We'll guide you through account creation, credit line setup, and your first voucher purchase. The entire process takes less than 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
For company settlements, we accept bank transfers and online payment gateways. Employees pay for any remaining balance at checkout through integrated payment gateways supporting major credit/debit cards.
How do I apply as a provider?
Visit our 'For Providers' page and click 'Apply Now'. Fill out the application form with your business details and service offerings. Our partnerships team will review and respond within 48 business hours.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes! Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT+7). You can reach us via email, or through the help section in your dashboard. Enterprise customers receive priority support.
How is my data protected?
We use bank-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our platform features role-based access control, comprehensive audit trails, and PIN-protected redeem codes. We comply with international data protection regulations.
Can I integrate Global Perks with our existing HR system?
