Global Perks operates on a credit-based system. Companies purchase credits which are used to buy voucher packs. There are no monthly subscription fees — you only pay for the vouchers you purchase. Volume discounts are available for larger organizations.
How do employees redeem their perks?
After receiving vouchers in their digital wallet, employees browse the catalogue, select an experience, and checkout. They receive a unique redeem code with a 4-digit PIN, which they present at the provider's outlet for instant redemption.
Can providers join for free?
Yes! There is absolutely no cost for providers to join Global Perks. Providers benefit from increased foot traffic and new customer acquisition. We handle all the technology — providers just need to verify and redeem codes at their outlets.
What happens to unused vouchers?
Vouchers have configurable expiry dates set by the company admin. Before expiry, employees can use their vouchers at any eligible provider. Companies can also redistribute unused vouchers to other employees through the admin dashboard.
